Unit Location
Where a unit is located within a condo community can have a clear impact on your ability to save time. For instance, a unit that is down a long hallway on the 4th floor with no elevator means that you need to cover a lot of distance on foot before you are able to leave the condo community.
This is something that you may want to prevent from happening by demanding a unit on the 1st or 2nd floor as well as avoiding large buildings with extra-long hallways.
